Location is perfect for Universal, just a short walk. The breakfast setup felt misleading with extra charges for hot items. Happy hour has great drink options, but service can be slow. it’s decent, but check-in delays were frustrating.

Close to Universal Studios, making it super convenient. The shuttle isn't always on time, plan accordingly. Happy hour is nice for winding down after a long day. Staff are friendly, but the dining options felt overpriced.

The location was perfect—just a short stroll to Universal Studios! The staff were super friendly and made us feel right at home. Plus, we loved the pool and the outdoor vibe—it was the perfect spot to chill after a day full of adventures!

Just a good match for a flash stay in Los Angeles with good value considering price it charged. Great staff overall.

The room was extremely clean and comfortable, with lovely beds that made for a great night’s sleep. The temperature control seemed a bit off at times, as the room felt quite cold. Noise levels varied; I could hear water running above me, which disrupted my rest. Shower issues existed too, as the door did not seal properly, causing water to spill onto the floor. Internet access in the lobby was a plus, and the water dispenser was handy for filling up bottles. the room had potential but could use a few improvements to enhance comfort.

Rooms are spacious and comfortable. The pool has extra towels and is perfect for kids.
It wasn't inexpensive, but it was worth it.

Two rooms booked, but no joining due to availability issues—frustrating for a family expecting space. The walk to Universal Studios was delightful, and the shuttle was a great option, especially in colder weather. The staff were mostly friendly, but a payment mix-up left a sour note; luckily, they resolved it post-stay, which was impressive. Honestly, while the location and service had their bright spots, clearer communication could have made all the difference.

Witnessing a guy get tasered just outside our hotel was terrifying! It made me feel really uneasy, especially with my family around. Definitely not the vibe I expected.

Location was perfect for Universal, just a 10-minute walk. Rooms are outdated and in need of maintenance. Enjoyed the happy hour at the bar, but the service was slow. decent stay but could use improvements.

The room was spacious and clean, making me feel right at home. The location is perfect, super close to Universal and the pool area looks inviting.
Breakfast costs a fortune for what you get.

The location was convenient for our plans! The shuttle service was a lifesaver, and breakfast was top-notch. The variety in the little store was a nice surprise, and the bar had a great ambiance.
Customer service was a letdown. Some staff were friendly, but others were downright rude.

The Hilton Los Angeles-Universal City boasts a prime location just minutes from Universal Studios, making it ideal for park visits. The beds are incredibly comfortable, ensuring a good night's rest. The pool area is beautiful, although we couldn’t enjoy it due to the weather. a pleasant experience.

The location is unbeatable. Incredible views from the 22nd floor. Spacious rooms, excellent on-site dining, and a pool that delighted the kids. it’s marred by excessive fees: daily charges for Wi-Fi, breakfast, and parking add up fast. The A/C showed inconsistent performance, disrupting our sleep. Staff interactions varied; some were lovely, others left much to be desired, particularly at the restaurants. Communication around room joining needs improvement. An unexpected lack of cleanliness on desks was disappointing because attention to detail matters. This hotel has potential, but the service inconsistencies and additional charges tarnish the overall experience. Value could be significantly enhanced with better transparency and care.

The proximity to Universal Studios was fantastic, allowing us to easily walk across the street to enjoy the park and explore attractions like The Wizarding World of Harry Potter just 500 meters away, while also being near great dining options like In-N-Out Burger and Pink's Hot Dogs within a short stroll, making our experience even more enjoyable; the staff was friendly and helpful, enhancing our stay, but the rooms could use a refresh to match the overall convenience of the area.

The breathtaking views and fresh air rejuvenated us. It was a memorable family adventure connecting with nature.
My wife says that more kid-friendly activities could enhance the family experience.

We recently stayed at the Hilton and wanted to share our experience with you. The location of the hotel was fantastic, within walking distance to Universal Studios which was super convenient. Our room on the 20th floor had amazing views, and we thoroughly enjoyed the All, You, Can Eat Continental breakfast included with the room. We even upgraded to the full breakfast buffet for just $10 more, and it was totally worth it! Unfortunately, there were a few areas that fell short for us. The cleanliness of the room was not up to par , we found lipstick on a coffee cup and the table we were seated at was dirty. the housekeeping service was lacking as we had to request essentials like body soap multiple times before it was replenished. We also faced issues with the hotel reservations team as it was challenging to reach them for a late check, in, and our parking key card didn't work initially, causing us to pay for parking twice before getting it resolved at the front desk. The pool being closed without prior notice was disappointing, especially for our kid who was excited to swim. The service standards overall were below expectations, with mix, ups in room cleaning requests and rude behavior from a front desk agent. the hotel's proximity to Universal Studios was a major plus, and the room itself was comfortable. We also enjoyed the peace and quiet of the surroundings and the beautiful grounds with private patios. while the Hilton has its upsides like location and room views, there are definite areas that need improvement in terms of cleanliness, service, and experience. We hope these issues can be addressed to enhance future stays.

The breakfast buffet was fantastic, offering a wide variety of delicious options. Being just a stone's throw away from Universal Studios made it super convenient for us to start our fun-filled days without any hassle. Moreover, the staff were friendly and always ready to help with any queries or requests.
On the downside, the beds were uncomfortably hard, leading to restless nights and groggy mornings. Additionally, the bathroom in our room had issues with water leaking out of the shower door, which was quite inconvenient.

I indulged in the Seafood and Prime Rib Buffet on Saturday. Felt posh dining at Café Sierra. Poolside cocktails made my day.
A great time waiting for the A/C to work properly; what a treat!

From the friendly and helpful staff to the perfect location just a short walk from Universal Studios. the complimentary shuttle to the park was a great convenience, and the amenities and service made our stay truly impeccable. We can't wait to return and do it all over again!
Not one thing! 😊

Walking distance to Universal Studios and the sick view from our room made us feel like ballers. the pool and restaurants were on point, no need to drive anywhere, just vibes all day!
Yo, for real though, they gotta step up the game with some live music or DJ nights by the pool. It's all good, but imagine the vibes with some sick beats thumping in the background!

Our stay at this hotel was delightful! The receptionist, Ateeh, went above and beyond to accommodate us and genuinely showed care for their guests. The staff was great overall, and they made sure waiting for the elevators was minimal by stationing operators on every floor. We appreciated the option to include breakfast, as well as the on-site bar and restaurant. The pool was enjoyable, although it didn't seem heated. The shuttle to Universal Studios was a convenient perk. We would definitely stay here again!
The pull-out bed in our room was incredibly uncomfortable, with thin covering and springs that made it almost impossible to sleep on.
